I wasn't always this stretchy, at one point I couldn't even touch my toes. I used to struggle with flexibility and injure myself with the simplest movement all the time. 

 

At 21, I tore my hamstring due to tightness, which put me on the bench when I was cheerleader for USC.

 

At 25, I fractured my tibia while performing as a professional ballerina, which demoted me to an understudy and took away my ability to perform on stage where I wanted to be. 

 

Then I pinched my sciatica while I was dancing professionally as a Laker Girl because I didn't take the time to properly stretch and heal my past hamstring injury. 

Let me tell you, this experience was a rollercoaster of emotion and physical pain. Through my journey, I found out that many people experience similar pains, body injuries and battles in their minds.

 

After YEARS of training as a professional ballerina, and over 1000 hours of yoga training, I decided I needed to do something to help other like me!
